At Hino_Cutz, we're dedicated to providing our valued clients with an exceptional experience from start to finish. To ensure smooth operations, we kindly ask you to review our policies:

• Timeliness is important. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, we may need to cancel your appointment and apply a 50% late fee.

• If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you'll be temporarily unable to book until the missed service fee is paid in full.

• For braiding services, please arrive with clean, detangled hair. Otherwise, a $50 wash and detangle fee may apply, subject to time availability.

• To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, we kindly request that you refrain from being intoxicated before or during your hair service at HinoCutz.

• Unless we've made prior arrangements, we ask that you come alone to your appointment.
